Handyman services are $40 an hour

Electrical & plumbing services are $50/hour

For larger, more in depth projects I will give a  quote and a fair price. If you already have a quote from someone else, great! Show me and I'll beat it! 

 Projects do require a 50% payment upfront for work to begin. 

$40 service fee

Payments are due the day of service

Late fees are as follows, $50 the first day and $25 each day after.
